STATEMENT OF FAITH

From the Father's heart to the nations of the earth — Kingdom Project

Before we existed, we were already in the Father's heart. Kingdom Project sprang from His eternal longing: the longing of God, who looks upon the nations and burns for each one to hear His name. We are a Kingdom project conceived in His heart: a family raised from the Father's heart for the nations of the earth, so that in every people, every tongue and every nation, the glory of His Kingdom would be made visible.

And at the center of everything is Jesus Christ. He is the beginning and the end of our faith, our history, and our future. In Him dwells all the fullness of the Godhead; from Him flows every ministry and every gift; and we follow Him in the totality of His work, as Lord, as Savior, and as the perfect model. We believe that in this season God is restoring the fivefold ministry to His Church, to build up the saints and bring the Body of Christ to maturity and to the stature of the fullness of His Son. Toward that fullness we walk.

But it isn't enough for us to know about Him: we long to know Him. We pursue an intimate friendship with the Holy Spirit — to walk at His side, hear His voice, and surrender fully to His direction — because He is the true Director of His Church and of this ministry. We draw near with the heart of a child and of a conqueror, awestruck before His Presence, grateful to tears for the sacrifice of Jesus, convinced that in Him we live, move, and have our being. Without Him, we can do nothing.

One single conviction governs how we live and serve: God's work is not raised up by sword, nor by army, nor by human strength, but by His Holy Spirit. In Him we place our complete trust. That's why we do our part — we sow, we walk alongside, we serve — but it is the Spirit who forms, restores, equips, and sends the called. Our task is to surrender so that His work is manifested through us.

That's why we proclaim the Word of God backed by His Spirit, who confirms it with power, and we advance to impact the spheres that shape every society — family, religion, education, government, economy, media, and entertainment — until the earth is filled with the knowledge of His glory.

This we believe. This we are. And to this we were called: to expand His Kingdom from generation to generation, in every nation where God plants us, until Christ returns. May these principles, which we confess here, be for the glory of the Father, the honor of the Son, and the delight of the Holy Spirit.

Of the Holy Scriptures

We believe the Bible is the Word of God, inspired by the Holy Spirit in every part, infallible in all it teaches, and true in all it affirms. It is the voice of God speaking to mankind, and therefore it is our supreme and final authority: the absolute rule of our faith, our doctrine, and our conduct. What Scripture commands, we obey; what it reveals, we believe; and to what it points — Christ Himself — we surrender.

Of God, One and Triune, Creator of All

We believe in one God, eternal, almighty and holy, Creator of heaven and earth and of all that exists, visible and invisible. He was not created: He is the source of all life and of everything that breathes. And this one God eternally exists in three distinct Persons, equal in glory: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. Out of love, the Father sent the Son; through the Son's sacrifice, the Holy Spirit was sent; the Spirit reveals the Son to us, and the Son leads us to the Father. One God, one glory, one eternal love poured out over His creation.

Of Jesus Christ, the Son of God

We believe in Jesus Christ, the eternal Son of God, conceived by the Holy Spirit and born of a virgin: true God and true man. He lived without sin, died on the cross as the one and sufficient sacrifice for our sins, and on the third day rose bodily, conquering death forever. He ascended to heaven, where He now lives and intercedes for us as our High Priest and sole Mediator between God and mankind. He is the center of history and the Lord of all that we are.

Of the Holy Spirit and Friendship with Him

We believe the Holy Spirit is God: a divine Person, not a force or an influence. He convicts the world of sin, brings the new birth, regenerates the heart, comforts the believer, clothes him with power, and guides the children of God to establish His Kingdom on earth. We believe we were not made to know Him from a distance, but to walk with Him in intimacy: to hear His voice, enjoy His Presence, and surrender to His direction as to that of a faithful friend. He is the Director of the Church, and to Him we submit with joy and reverence.

Of Humanity, the Fall, and Sin

We believe humanity was created in the image and likeness of God, with dignity, purpose, and freedom of choice. But through willful transgression, mankind fell into sin and fell short of the glory of God, and since then all humanity is born separated from Him, unable to save itself. This is our condition apart from Christ: lost, but not forgotten; fallen, but deeply loved. That is why humanity urgently needs the salvation found only in Jesus Christ.

"What man could never attain, God gave freely."

Of Salvation by Grace

We believe salvation is God's greatest gift, and that it is neither earned nor deserved: it is received by grace, through faith in Jesus Christ, and never by works that anyone could boast of. Everyone who genuinely repents and receives the Lord Jesus by faith is forgiven, made a child of God, and born again to eternal life. But so great a salvation is not taken lightly: we receive it with joy and keep it with fear and trembling, persevering in faith and walking in obedience, because it is God Himself who works in us both to will and to do.

Of the Work of Salvation

We believe salvation is God's complete work in the believer. In justification, God declares us righteous by the merits of Christ's blood, reconciled to Him through faith. In regeneration, He gives us a new heart and a new life by the Holy Spirit. In sanctification, He transforms us day by day into the image of Christ, setting us apart for Him. And in glorification, He will bring His work to completion, when we shall be like Him and see Him as He is. What God begins, God finishes: He is the author and finisher of our faith.

Of Divine Healing

We believe that in the redemptive work of Christ there is provision not only for the soul, but also for the body: by His stripes we were healed. We believe God heals the sick today by the power of His Spirit, in response to faith and prayer, and that divine healing is part of the full gospel we preach. We honor the means God has provided for the care of life, but we place our trust in the Healer Himself, who continues to work wonders among His people.

Of Miracles, Signs, and Wonders

We believe in a living God who has not changed: the same yesterday, today, and forever. We believe He continues to work miracles, signs, and wonders by the power of His Spirit, in response to the faith of His people. We do not limit His working to one area of life: we believe He heals, delivers, restores, provides, transforms the impossible, and makes a way where there is none — physically, emotionally, spiritually, in the family, and materially. The supernatural is not the exception in the Kingdom of God: it is the normal manifestation of His Presence among His own, for the glory of His name.

"The same life that saved us is the life that now fills us."

Of the Baptism in the Holy Spirit

We believe that, in addition to the new birth, God immerses His children in the Holy Spirit: an immersion in His power that equips the believer for the work, for worship, and for witness. As the first disciples were filled at Pentecost, we believe this same promise is for us today and for our children, for all whom the Lord calls. We do not seek power for power's sake, but the Giver, so we may serve effectively, live in holiness, and be His witnesses to the ends of the earth.

Of the Gifts of the Spirit

We believe the Holy Spirit pours out gifts on His Church according to His will, for the edification, exhortation, and comfort of the Body of Christ. Far from having ceased, these gifts remain alive and active today in all their diversity, and the Spirit equips every believer with at least one manifestation to serve others as a good steward of God's manifold grace. We pursue them with passion and exercise them with humility and in order, so that the Church may be built up and Christ glorified.

Of Love, the More Excellent Way

We believe we should earnestly desire the gifts of the Spirit and, at the same time, pursue a still more excellent way: love. It is not one or the other; it is both. We pursue the gifts in order to serve, but we clothe them in love, because without love the gifts ring hollow and the greatest faith profits nothing. God's love poured out in our hearts is the unmistakable mark of His disciples and the force that sustains everything we do: to love God above all things and our neighbor as ourselves.

Of Holiness

We believe holiness is the precious standard of all God's people. We have been called not to impurity but to sanctification, to reflect the character of the holy God who called us. Holiness is not a burden, but the fruit of a life surrendered to the Spirit: a life that turns away from sin and is consecrated to God, both in public and in secret. We pursue holiness because without it no one will see the Lord, and because we long to look more like Him who bought us with His blood, day by day.

Of Our Genetic Code

We believe the Kingdom is not only preached: it is embodied in a character formed by the Spirit. The genetic code of Kingdom Project, which we seek to live and reproduce in every disciple, is agape love and intimacy with God; obedience and holiness unto the Lord; loyalty to God and His Kingdom; humility, service, and gratitude; the character of Jesus and constant awareness of His Presence; the heart of a child and a conqueror; the mindset of a king and the heart of a priest; honor and respect; and integrity and consistency. This we are, and this we long to sow among the nations.

"God did not call isolated children, but one body."

Of the Church, One Among the Nations

We believe the Church is the Body of Christ and the household of God, made up of all who have been made His children by faith: one Church among all nations, even though it speaks a thousand languages and dwells on every continent. One faith, one Lord, one Spirit. We recognize Christ as the head of the Church, and the Holy Spirit as the one who directs and gives it life. We believe God unites His Body across every border, and that as a family of churches we walk in unity, fellowship, and mission, honoring and serving one another, so that the world may believe the Father sent the Son.

Of the Ordinances of the Church

We believe the Lord Jesus established ordinances for His Church, and that we are called to keep them with obedience and reverence until He comes. Chief among them are water baptism by immersion — the public testimony of one who has believed and confessed Jesus as Lord, proclaiming that he has died to sin and risen to new life — and the Lord's Supper, a commemoration of our Lord's broken body and shed blood, which we celebrate proclaiming His death until He comes. In everything He commanded us to keep, we do not fulfill empty rituals: we obey Christ and proclaim His work.

Of the Fivefold Ministry

We believe Jesus Christ, upon ascending, gave gifts to men and established in His Church apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors, and teachers. He did not give them as titles of honor, but as a gift for a purpose: to equip the saints for the work of ministry and build up the Body of Christ, until we all reach the unity of the faith and the measure of the fullness of Christ. We believe that in this season God is restoring the fivefold ministry in fullness, to prepare His Church and mature it for the days ahead.

Of Order, Honor, and God's Covering

We believe the Lord is our refuge and our fortress, and that in Him is our full security, for whoever dwells in the shelter of the Most High rests in the shadow of the Almighty. Trusting in that protection, we embrace the order God has established for His Church, where — as in a body — each member has its function and place; we walk in transparency and integrity, and we submit with joy to the pastors and ministers the Lord establishes, honoring and obeying them in the Lord, without ever placing in any man the trust and worship that belong to God alone. And in all things we remain sensitive to the direction of the Holy Spirit, the true Director of His Church.

Of Discipleship, Formation, and Sending

We believe the Lord called us to make disciples who make disciples. Every day the Spirit draws the called, and our task is to walk alongside them in a process of restoration, equipping, and empowerment that develops each one according to their calling, in character, knowledge, and power. But it is the Spirit who forms, transforms, and sends; we sow and serve, and He gives the growth. In this way we multiply as mature children of God, filled with the Spirit, ready to be sent out and impact the nations.

Of Stewardship and Generosity

We believe everything we are and have belongs to God, and that we have been made faithful stewards of His grace, of our lives, and of all our possessions. That is why we live a life of generosity, honoring God with what is His and sowing into His Kingdom, not out of obligation or fear, but with a joyful and grateful heart, trusting in the One who is the source of all things. And we believe God, faithful to His Word, sustains His work and supplies every need of His own according to His riches in glory.

"The Kingdom did not come to be contained, but to expand."

Of the Kingdom of God

We believe that in Christ the Kingdom of God drew near, and that through His victory over sin, death, and hell it was established with power, reigning today over all the kingdoms of the earth. It does not originate in this world, but it reigns over it: the invisible governs the visible, because all that exists was created by Him. His lordship is established wherever the Father's will is done, bringing righteousness, peace, and joy in the Holy Spirit. We believe we were called to seek first that Kingdom and His righteousness, and to proclaim and manifest it in power, until every knee bows and every tongue confesses that Jesus Christ is Lord.

Of Kings and Priests

We believe that, through the sacrifice of Jesus, those of us who have been redeemed were made kings and priests unto our God. As priests, we live in intimacy and worship, ministering to God before ministering to men; as kings, we humbly exercise the authority and governance Christ entrusted to us, to steward life and the affairs of the Kingdom on earth. The Church, the Body of Christ, has been made the head and not the tail: not to lord it over others, but to serve, bless, and reign in life through Jesus Christ.

Of the Seven Spheres of Influence

We believe the Kingdom of God was not made to stay within four walls. The Church is called to impact and transform the spheres that shape every society: family, religion, education, government, economy, media, and entertainment. This is what we call "conquering the promised land": ceasing to live only on manna in order to take possession of what God gave through the sacrifice of Jesus. We ask the Father to reveal His models and strategies, and we establish them on earth by His Spirit, exercising the authority given to us always through service, excellence, and testimony, being salt that preserves and light that shines in the midst of every nation.

Of the Great Commission and the Nations

We believe the Lord sent us to go into all the world and make disciples of all nations, preaching the gospel to every creature. This is the passion that burns in the heart of Kingdom Project: to reach those who have not yet heard and carry the Kingdom to the ends of the earth. We believe this is the highest calling of the Church and the passion that defines our existence, and that the Holy Spirit backs us with His power to be witnesses of Christ wherever He sends us.

Of the Gospel for Every Culture

We believe there is one gospel for all nations, and that the blood of Jesus purchased for God people from every tribe, tongue, people, and nation. That is why we proclaim it to every people in their own language, reaching all with the love of Christ; but we never negotiate the truth: the doctrine is one, though the nations are many. We long for the day when a multitude of every tongue will worship together before the throne.

Of the Family

We believe the family was instituted by God from the beginning, as the first place where faith is formed and His Kingdom is passed on. We believe the first ministry of every disciple is his own home: instructing his own in the Word, in testimony and in works, loving and serving according to God's design. We honor the family as the foundation of society and the seedbed of the generations who will carry the Kingdom farther than we did.

"We live looking toward the day Christ returns."

Of the Second Coming of Christ

We believe the same Jesus who ascended into heaven will return in glory, personally and visibly, just as He promised. His return is our living hope: the day He will receive His own and complete everything He began. That is why we live awake and prepared, filled with the Spirit and steadfast in a faith that works, occupied in His work until He comes, longing for that glorious encounter with our Lord.

Of the Resurrection, Judgment, and Eternity

We believe there will be a resurrection of all the dead: to eternal life for those who belong to Christ, and to judgment for those who rejected Him. We believe we will all stand before God, the righteous Judge who will render to each according to his deeds. For the redeemed, God has prepared an eternity of glory in His Presence, where He will wipe away every tear and we will reign with Him forever; and we believe in the reality of eternal separation for those who reject His salvation. That is why we proclaim Christ with urgency and love, knowing that in Him, and only in Him, is eternal life.

"What we confess with our lips, we live with our lives."

Of Marriage, Sexuality, and Human Dignity

We believe God created humanity male and female, in His image, with equal worth and dignity, and that this identity is part of His good design. We believe marriage was instituted by God from the beginning as an exclusive and permanent covenant between a man and a woman, the framework He established for intimate union and for the family. We believe God loves us so much that He does not leave us as we are: in Christ He calls us, forgives us, and restores us to the fullness for which we were created. That is why we receive every person with the same love with which Christ received us, and to all we proclaim the truth that heals and the design that restores.

Of Spiritual Warfare and the Believer's Victory

We believe the Christian has been called to a battle that is not against flesh and blood, but against the powers of darkness. We believe that on the cross, Christ disarmed the principalities and triumphed over them, and that this victory already belongs to us. That is why we resist the enemy standing firm in faith, clothed in the full armor of God, and we advance with the spiritual weapons He gave us: His Word, prayer, worship, and the power of the Holy Spirit. We do not fight for victory, but from the victory Christ has already won.

Of Honoring Civil Authority

We believe honoring God includes honoring the authorities He permits, obeying the laws of every nation where we serve, praying for our leaders, and being exemplary citizens. Only when a law would force us to openly deny the Word of God will we obey God rather than men, and even then we will do so with respect, gentleness, and a clear conscience.

Of the Authority of This Confession and Our Religious Freedom

We believe the Holy Scriptures are the supreme authority in every matter of faith and conduct, and that this Statement of Faith faithfully expresses what we believe and teach. In accordance with it we conduct the life of our community, the recognition and sending of our ministers, our practices and ceremonies, and the stewardship of what God entrusts to us. We hold this confession under the guidance of the Holy Spirit, and in every matter of doctrine, faith, conduct, or membership, the highest governing body of the ministry is its final and definitive interpreter, with no authority outside the ministry deciding on its internal spiritual affairs.
